Spring Into Summer Bootcamp
Welcome to Spring into Summer Bootcamp! A 6-week program that’s thriving with fun and fitness!
Our bootcamp sessions will have you springing into action, while our nutrition seminars provide food for thought.
Yoga and mindfulness seminars will help you find your inner zen and our Lifting Technique workshops will teach you how to lift heavier weights with the correct technique.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
The program Runs for 6 Weeks and includes the following:
– 60 Minute Fitness Consultation which includes a Body Composition Scan
– 6 Week Training Program, Lifestyle Consult and a Free 30 Minute PT Session.
– Weekly Bootcamps at the Village Green – Tuesday & Thursday 4pm (Meet at Sam Cracknell Building)
– On Completion book in a 15 Minute Body Scan to see your progress.
We have 3 Seminars available for you to attend on the following dates.
o Info Session & Nutrition Seminar – Monday 16 October from 4pm – 5pm
o Lifting Seminar – Monday 23 October from 4pm – 5pm
o Yoga / Mindfulness Seminar – Monday 30 October from 4 pm – 5pm
