Look no further! The UNSW Swim Camp is a high‑performance, five‑day swim camp held during the Easter school holidays from 7–11 April. Designed for competitive junior swimmers, the program focuses on improving technique, building confidence, and preparing athletes for racing through structured pool sessions, dryland training, and expert coaching.
The camp is delivered by experienced UNSW coaches and will include participation from swimmers of Hong Kong Swim Club, providing a high‑quality training environment with a broader competitive group.



Places are limited to approximately 24 participants to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.
| 08:00 – 08:30 | Dryland Session – Mobility, stretching & activation |
| 08:30 – 10:30 | Morning Water Session – this will be the biggest train during the day, focus on technical aspects and main sets. |
| 10:30 – 11:30 | Free Time – Social/play in the garden or basketball courts |
| 11:30 – 12:30 | Group lunch |
| 13:00 – 14:30 | Afternoon Water Session – Video analysis, relays or test races |
| 14:30 – 15:00 | Cool Down – Stretching & recovery |
| 15:00 | End of Day – Athletes return to accommodation or family |
