With my +20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have a lot of tools at my disposal to keep you motivated. I will keep you engaged physically and mentally during all our sessions by showing you how to perform each exercise, but also by explaining why we are doing it. My goal is to empower you in your fitness journey, and to show you the fun way to be fit for life.
Qualifications
- Certificate III, group fitness (Zumba, Cycle, core, mobility, boot camp)
- Certificate IV, Personal Trainer (Boxing, Kettlebell, TRX, HIIT)
- Swimming Instructor
- Strength for Life (Senior’s program by Fitness Australia)
