Gyles has over 5 years’ experience within the fitness industry. In his time, he has worked for both commercial gyms and smaller gyms as well as international cruise ships. On top of his time as a PT, he has also furthered his own knowledge and skills by completing a strength and conditioning certification which has allowed him to work for numerous professional outfits in a variety of different sports.

He is all about having fun and high energy, as well as always creating challenging workouts. You will never do the same workout within a week and will always be learning new lifts and moves that you can add to your own training!!

I started studying fitness in 2018, and I qualified as a personal trainer in 2020. Since then, I have been working as a mobile personal trainer and online group fitness instructor. My main areas of interest when it comes to trainer are fat loss, strength and conditioning. I specialise in training women, however, can help anyone on their fitness journey.

Aydin has over 6 years’ experience in the fitness industry and has a Bachelor of Sports & Exercise Science. Aydin speciality is in injury rehabilitation, strength & conditioning, musclebuilding and toning.

He also has a background in Rugby both as a coach and working as a strength & conditioning coach.

Aydin is a personable, friendly, and committed Personal Trainer who is committed and will always ensure an enjoyable session and his clients reach their goals.

Pranay Lal

Personal Trainer 

Competing at the highest level in team sports such as football and individual events including cross country, I have always been enthused about sport and fitness. A new passion found during the COVID 19 pandemic, strength and hypertrophy training, led me to quickly qualify as a Personal Trainer.

With experience in the fitness industry and the countless tools I have adopted playing competitively and resistance training, my goal is to help improve the mental and physical health of clients.
