As a UNSW student, I love being involved in our local fitness community where I can share a passion for exercise with awesome individuals. Whether it’s an easy session or a ‘help I can’t walk’ leg day, I always finish my workout with a huge smile because exercise = happiness! I did athletics and cross country for the past 5 years and am eager to transfer the fitness knowledge I’ve gained. Leading an active lifestyle is such a rewarding experience.
