How do I join as a Member?
1. Visit the online portal. https://unswfac.perfectgym.com.au/ClientPortal2/#/
2. Choose the Membership Category most suitable for you.
3. Choose membership type you are after
4. Choose payment type.
5. Choose payment plan.
6. Choose desired start date.
7. Complete all membership details/ fields.
8. Agree/ Sign the Terms and Conditions
9. Input payment information
10. You are now a registered member of UNSW FAC
How old do I need to be to join?
You need to be 16 years old to sign up for a membership un-accompanied by an adult.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Any membership can be put on hold due to injury. Provided that you email us a scanned copy of your medical first. With our 12 month contract, you also have the ability to freeze your membership for a maximum of 3 months.
How do I suspend my membership?
1. Go to UNSW FAC Website https://unswfac.com.au/
2. Click Memberships
3. Click Membership Suspension Form
4. Complete the Form with all your information and input your requested suspension dates, then click submit!
5. Your Suspension has now been completed, A Team member from UNSW FAC will contact you within 3 days to provide confirmation.
