Our Swim Squad program runs year-round and is led by qualified coaches focused on improving technique, endurance, and speed—ideal for fitness and competition.
Squad memberships are ongoing and flexible. Members can freeze their membership for up to 8 weeks per calendar year at no cost, with the option to extend for an additional 4 weeks at $2.50 per week
Freeze requests must be submitted in advance via the Online Client Portal or in person at reception. Backdated requests are not accepted

This level will focus on advanced stroke correction and development of training skills. The goal is to swim a total of 400m Freestyle, or 200m Backstroke, 200m Breaststroke and 50m Fly with good technique.
Improving dives and turns is also part of the program.
Squad Size: Squad size capped at 12.
Attendance recommendation: 2-3 session per week
Equipment required: water bottle, snorkel, and long flippers.
Cost: $46 per fortnight (unlimited sessions)
This level will focus continues developing good technique with a gradual increase in distance to building up physical fitness.
The goal is to increase the distance with good technique to 800m for Freestyle, 400m for Backstroke and Breaststroke, and 100m for Fly. Swimmers are encouraged to compete in the monthly club race nights and interclub competitions.
Squad Size: Squad size capped at 10.
Attendance recommendation: 3-4 per week
Equipment required: water bottle, snorkel, long flippers, pull buoy and ankle band.
Cost: $52 per fortnight (unlimited sessions)
This level is for swimmers preparing for competition, either school or club. Training is split between developing the physical aspects of the strokes and the technical.
Swimmers are encouraged to compete in the monthly club race nights and interclub competitions.
Squad Size: Squad size capped at 12.
Attendance recommendation: 3-4 per week
Equipment required: water bottle, snorkel, long flippers, pull buoy, ankle band, and hand paddles.
Cost: $58 per fortnight (unlimited sessions)
Platinum is for the swimmer who is looking to challenge themselves outside of school at state or national level competitions. Prospective members must be assessed by the Head Coach and agree to the requirements for this level.
Training and competitive programs are individually designed by the Head Coach for each member and video session are done twice per year.
COST: $68 per fortnight (includes gym)
Join our Adult Swim Squad for a full-body, 60-minute coached session held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Swimmers are grouped by ability across four lanes, with varied intervals and sets to suit fitness and skill levels.
Whether you’re training for general fitness, ocean swims, or Masters competitions, our squad supports your goals with structured freestyle-focused sets. Distances range from 1.8km to 3.2km per session depending on ability.
Optional training gear like fins, paddles, and snorkels can help enhance technique and performance.
COST:$54 per fortnight (includes three sessions)
