Weights Room

Our weights room is designed to support strength training at every level, offering a wide range of equipment and dedicated zones for performance, progression, and safety.

– Multiple squat racks for strength and power training

– Olympic lifting platforms for advanced lifting techniques

– Pin-loaded and cable machines for controlled resistance workouts

Cardio Zone

Our Cardio Zone is equipped to support all fitness levels, offering a variety of machines designed to boost endurance, burn calories, and improve overall cardiovascular health.
