OsteoFit

A functional circuit class using free weights and bodyweight exercises, targeting the muscle groups most important for daily function and independence, building the strength, balance, and mobility you need to move confidently through everyday life.

OsteoStrong (NEW)

A machine-based resistance session designed to progressively build muscle strength and bone density. By working through guided resistance machines, you’ll safely load the joints most at risk of fracture, reducing your risk of falls, improving your posture, and building functional strength that keeps you confident and capable.

HydroFit (COMING SOON)

An aquatic exercise class that takes the load off your joints while building strength and improving mobility. The water provides natural resistance and support, making this an ideal option for those managing arthritis, recovering from injury, or looking for a gentler way to stay active without compromising results.
